Hi, I’m Marisah!
I help women build strength that supports their lives through every phase, from foundational training to pregnancy and beyond.
About
I’m Marisah de Moll, strength coach, biotechnology master’s student at Columbia University, and founder of MdeM Group.
My work sits at the intersection of strength & mobility training, women’s health, and science. Through both coaching and academic training, I focus on building approaches to health that are structured, individualized, and grounded in long-term outcomes.
MdeM Group serves as the platform through which I bring this work together, integrating personalized coaching, academic development, and a broader vision for advancing women’s health.
Approach
My approach to coaching is structured, intentional, and individualized.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Training is designed to meet you where you are, while building to where you want to go focused on sustainable strength and movement quality.
This work is informed not only by my experience in coaching but also by a background in applied nutrition science and clinical research, allowing me to integrate both practical and scientific perspectives into how I support clients.
Philosophy
Strength is a foundation for health, shaping how we move, adapt, and show up over time.
When training is approached with structure and awareness, it becomes a tool for building both physical resilience and internal stability.
Hormonal dynamics across the menstrual cycle and lifespan play a meaningful role in training response, recovery, and performance. This includes transitions across key stages such as menarche, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause.
Rather than applying static training models, my approach accounts for these physiological shifts adapting programming to support the body’s changing demands while maintaining progression over time.
This perspective continues to shape the direction of my work in women’s health.
Who I Work With
I work with women who are ready to build strength with intention whether that means establishing a foundation, preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum recovery, or developing greater consistency and confidence in their training.
The goal is not simply to complete workouts, but to build strength that carries into everyday life.
